TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COURSE

1. This agreement (the “Agreement”) is between You (“Client”) and Life Next Level (“Company”) for the provision of a personal development online course (the “Course”).

2. The Course will be provided by Life Next Level in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

3. The Course will include the following:

a. Access to online course materials, including videos, audio recordings, and written content;

b. Access to online community, where Client can interact with other Course participants and ask questions;

c. Access to additional resources and tools as needed.

4. Client agrees to pay the fee for the Course as set forth in the Agreement. The fee is refundable within the refund policy period.

5. Client understands that the Course is intended to provide educational and informational materials only. Life Next Level makes no representations or warranties regarding the results or outcomes of the Course.

6. Client agrees to take full responsibility for their own learning and progress in the Course and to use the Course materials and resources responsibly.

7. Life Next Level reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Course at any time and for any reason.

8. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hawaii, USA, and any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.

9. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, between the parties. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.

10. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and assigns.

11. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which, taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.
